Entry Declaration
I / we, the undersigned apply to enter the event described above and in consideration thereof: -
I / we hereby declare that I / we have had the opportunity to read, and that I / we understand the National Sporting Code of the SACU and ACU, the SACU and ACU Standing Regulations, such Supplementary Regulations as have or may be issued for the event and agree to be bound by them.
I / we further declare that I am / we are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and I am / we are competent to do so.
I / we confirm that I / we understand the nature and type of event I / we are entering and its inherent risks and agree to accept the same notwithstanding that such risks may involve negligence on the part of organisers or officials.
I / we confirm that the machine(s) as described overleaf which I / we compete on shall be suitable and proper for the purpose.
I / we confirm that if any part of the event takes place on a public highway, the machines described below shall be insured as required by the Road Traffic Acts, or equivalent legislation, and that it / they will comply with the regulations in respect thereof.
I / we agree that I am / we are required to register my / our arrival by “signing on” at the designated place, not less than 30 minutes prior to commencement of my / our practice or first competition, whichever occurs first.
Acknowledgement of the risks of motorsport
I / we understand that by taking part in this event I / we are exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I / we acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the SACU, the promoter, the organising club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I / we may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my / our voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity.

Entry: This event is held under the National Sporting Code of the Scottish Auto Cycle Union, the Standing Regulations, Supplementary Regulations, and any Final Instructions issued for the meeting.

Closing Date: Friday 1st May 2026, or when entries reach 200, selected on 1st come 1st served basis. An additional 20 spaces will be captured for a reserve list; confirmation of successful application will be provided following closing date.
Entries will be accepted on the official entry form only, accompanied by the appropriate entry fee and received not later than 1st May 2026. The Entry is limited to 200. No telephone entries will be accepted. They should be paid as part of the entry application process via the online form.
All entry fees (£75.00) include a NON-REFUNDABLE administration deposit of £20.00. No refunds of ANY entry fees will be possible if riders withdraw from the competition after 8th May 2026 (two weeks prior to trial) this includes non-starters.
Riders will be notified of acceptance of their entry if received prior to the 200 limit being reached. Riders whose entries are received after the limit is reached will be notified of not obtaining an entry, and their entry fee returned.
Course
Saturday route:
· 1 Lap c. 40 miles of moorland and mountain track - no public roads
o c. 40 sections.
· Start time – 10:00 prompt.
Fuelling Requirements
o Riders to start with a full tank of fuel
o 2 x full 5 litre cans, to be transported to designated refuelling locations on the course by a representative of each rider (preferably as part of a group). LLMCC will not provide fuel logistics
Sunday route:
· 2 Laps c. 12 miles of moorland and mountain track- no public roads
o c. 30 sections.
· Start time – 10:00 prompt.
Fuelling Requirements
o Riders to start with a full tank of fuel
o A single refill will be required, which will take place at the end of lap 1 within the parc fermé.
Sections will be opened by front markers and closed by back markers.
Final details of fuelling will be sent out with confirmation of entry and at start of Trial.
Sign On / Off
· Signing on at the Parc Ferme begins at 09.00 am on Saturday 23rd May. Riders are required to sign on for both days of the event.
· All competitors must be in possession of either a valid ACU or a SACU licence and be produced for inspection. All foreign riders must have a current Licence and Start Permission from their own Federation valid for the event. Please present this when signing on. The LLMCC will NOT be held responsible for repatriation of any competitor.
In addition, confirm details of Emergency Contact to Trial Secretary at signing on.
· Riding numbers will be supplied and must be displayed on the front of the bike for the duration of the event. Route cards must be always carried and handed back as instructed.
· A time limit for each day will be displayed at the start. Riders will be set off in numerical order at 1 rider per minute intervals. Riders’ numbers will be allocated in order of receipt of the completed entry form. Riders will start at 10:01am in order, commencing with number 1 on Saturday, and at 10:01am commencing with number 200 on Sunday. A starting time will be allocated to each rider on each day. All riders must always clearly display their rider number.

· Any competitor retiring at any stage of the event must sign off or inform the Secretary, This is to ensure accurate scoring and safe closure of the course. LLMCC Ltd. will not accept any responsibility for the removal of machines broken down on the course.
Penalty marks
· Late starting (1 mark per minute late)
· Late finishing (1 mark per minute late)
· Practicing in the vicinity of the start - Exclusion.
· Starting the engine in the vicinity of the start unless authorised to do so - Exclusion.
· Riding out with the flagged route - Exclusion.
Results and Awards
· Riders entering Youth ‘A’, Over-40 or Over-50 classes will not be eligible for awards 1 or 2. Each competitor will be eligible for one main award only. (Award numbers 1 to 8).
· Marking will be in accordance with TSR 22 - Non-stop.
· Ties will be decided by the most cleans (TSR.23).
· Marks lost will be an accumulated total for both days. Results will be published on the LLMCC website on or before Wednesday 27th May and announced on the club Facebook Group.
Miscellaneous
· The Club reserves the right to refuse an entry or cancel the event without stating a reason, in which case the entrant will be notified no later than one week before the event. Entry fees in this case will be returned.
· LANYARDS: N.B - As per SACU regulations all competitors riding combustion engine machines must have cut out devices connected to the rider by lanyard (maximum 1 metre) to stop the engine should the rider and machine be parted.
· You confirm that you are not currently suspended from ACU/SACU permitted competition or on the ACU/SACU Stop List because of incurring a concussion injury. You shall notify the Club should you incur such a suspension or concussion injury between now and this event.
· I agree to provide observer cover at any time during the event if asked to do so by an official.
· The washing of bikes (in any format) is NOT PERMITTED at all anywhere on Luss Estate land.
· Due to the lambing season, the farmers, and Luss Estates do not allow dogs on the land even if they are on a lead.
· No Bikes are allowed to follow the trial. This will jeopardize any future use of the ground and is a strict instruction from the Landowners, on whom we depend. Please adhere to this, to ensure our future use of the ground.
· On-site camping is available (payable to the club) - other suggestions for accommodation will be published on the Club website in due course...
